Yo Gotti’s Tour Bus Shot At in Nashville: Report

After performing a free concert at Mercy Lounge in Nashville on Tuesday night as part of his Fan Appreciation Tour, Yo Gotti's tour bus was sprayed with gunfire, according to WZTV. Luckily for the Memphis native, Gotti nor any members of his team were inside the parked vehicle during the incident near the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, police say.

Local authorities arrived to the scene around 11:30 p.m. CT, where they discovered the damaged van unoccupied with no sign of victims onboard. The report states that police have reason to believe that the shooting was targeted vandalism, but the investigation for the assailant remains ongoing.

The "Put a Date on It" rapper was also joined onstage by new signee 42Dugg and Co Cash during his Mercy Lounge performance. Gotti celebrates his 38th birthday on Sunday. The CMG frontman is expected to release his forthcoming Trapped album at some point in 2019.

Billboard has reached out to Yo Gotti's reps for comment.
