Xzibit Sued For Allegedly Marketing Pesticide-Laced Cannabis

According to a report obtained by TMZ, Xzibit has been slapped with a lawsuit for contaminating a Cannabis oil he helped put on the market. The plaintiff Ignacio Lee alleges that X’s Brass Knuckles branded THC Concentrate Vape Cartridges are laced with pesticides. Lee claims that within months using the product he began experiencing fatigue, headaches, nausea, chest pains, shortness breath, wheezing and difficulty in breathing.

Ignacio was first alerted to the product by Xzibit’s outreach to hip hop fans. Brass Knuckles has been predominantly marketed on Instagram and other Social Media outlets. X’s campaign included an assurance “Our oil is clean,” and a guarantee the product is “COMPLETELY pesticide AND contaminate FREE.”

Aside from compiling a list symptoms, Ignacio hired an independent lab to conduct a third party liability test, all before seeking legal council. The results the testing revealed “detectable levels pesticides.” Therefore, Ignacio decided to advocate on behalf  the concerned, and all consumers touched by the case. He is never the less seeking a payout for his troubles, as well as an order prohibiting Xzibit from marketing his product as “contaminant free.” By all accounts, the product has been a runaway success before this lawsuit came to light, with Xzibit increasing his distribution network in the month March, we’ll see to what effect.
