Woman Arrested For Trespassing in Justin Bieber’s Hotel Room

Police in Laguna Beach, California, arrested a woman on Tuesday afternoon (March 26) after they said she wandered into a room where Justin Bieber was staying.

Laguna Beach PD public information officer Jim Cota tells Billboard  that the woman in her late 30s -- whose name police are not releasing -- was staying at the Montage Hotel with a group of friends on Monday night, where they partied into the early morning hours of Tuesday before being escorted out of the hotel by security after they exceeded their check-out time and drew complaints for their loud drinking.

"The other three left and she she came back in and she was intoxicated and thought she was going back to her room, but said she accidentally ended up in Justin Bieber's room," Cota says, noting that the singer acknowledged the woman and asked her what she was doing in his room. Cota says Bieber's security then walked the woman out to the lobby, after which she was arrested by Laguna Beach PD across the street, and then booked and released on $500 bail on a misdemeanor trespassing charge.

A spokesperson for Bieber could not be reached for comment at press time. The singer recently announced that he's taking an indefinite break from making music, citing personal health and family reasons.
