It's been a wild week for Cardi B, or as she places it, "My life is a film." After lacking a courtroom date on Monday (Dec. three) that had her dealing with a possible bench warrant for her arrest, the Bronx native appeared in a Queens courtroom Friday (Dec. 7) for a compulsory listening to stemming from misdemeanor assault costs. She was launched rapidly with out bail. On her approach out of the arraignment, the 26-year-old was bombarded with questions relating to her 5 Grammy nominations, which really caught Cardi off guard.
"I'm?" she replied with a stunned tone. "How many nominations?" she continued as safety escorted her exterior the courthouse. The Atlantic Records artist had enjoyable with the clip by posting it to social media hours later. "This isn't how anticipated to search out out I’m nominated for a Grammy. I would like a do over," Cardi wrote.
The "I Like It" rapper then took her ideas over to Instagram. "I'm telling you, my life is a film. I work my ass off for this! Win or not, not less than I do know I had an opportunity and other people was watching and admiring my work. I'm so blissful! Thank you," Bardi captioned the put up.
That wasn't all this week for Kulture's mom, as Cardi broke the information that she and Offset had break up in the course of the wee hours of Wednesday (Dec. 5) in a candid Instagram video. She caps every part off with a headlining efficiency at Madison Square Garden Friday evening (Dec. 7) as a part of Z100's Jingle Ball.
