With Monday (Aug. 26) being Women's Equality Day, Wale dropped off a gift celebrating the special women in his life, especially black women across the globe. Folarin released "BGM" — short for "Black Girl Magic" — which spotlights a number of trailblazing pop-culture fixtures such as Taraji P. Henson and Issa Rae.

"If God a color, I know she black for sure/ N—-s blasphemy, but God gave me a daughter/ Black women I love you/ Wish it all coulda worked/ But still know that you love me/ Cuz I ain’t up in the court, yo/ A lot of animals on my boat/ But all the real n—-s know that BGM is the goat," Wale raps.

The "On Chill" rapper has continued to shout out those he feels contain the "BGM" on Twitter like Megan Thee Stallion, Rihanna, and Chicago's Dreezy. The DMV native's upcoming album remains without a release date, but he's slated to hit the road for a North American tour starting on Sept. 30.
