Trippie Redd's ! album is here. Following the release of three singles, the project arrived on streaming services early Friday (Aug. 9). Exclamation Point will serve officially as the Cleveland native's sophomore album.
The 19-year-old stands strongly on his own two, but does enlist a select number of collaborators to help power the 14-track effort. Look for assists from Playboi Carti, The Game, Lil Baby, Lil Duke, and girlfriend Coi Leray. Diplo also produced the album opener. The duo previously connected for "Wish."
Redd gets serious about suicide on track No. 2 "Snake Skin." He further explained the track's meaning in an earlier interview with Billboard. "It's kind of suicidal, in a stay away from it type of shit," he said. "That's the whole concept of it, stay away from suicide. Don't worry about what other people say, you could be doing what they're doing or even better than them. It's just living life and knowing how to overcome shit."
Trippie hopes to release his rock album with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker at some point before 2019's out. For now, stream ! below.
