Trae Young grew to become the face of the Atlanta Hawks instantly after they traded with the Dallas Mavericks on draft evening for the rights to the previous Oklahoma Sooner flamethrower. The 20-year-old lately handed the quarter level of the gauntlet often called the grueling NBA season.
Playing within the lure capital of America, the Rookie of the Year candidate has already thrust himself into the ATL music tradition. Young stars within the newest episode of the Young Hollywood's Rookie on the Rise collection, the place he touches on his soothing pregame playlist, a rising relationship with Quavo, and hopes that the Migos drop a music about him.
"I'm into gradual jams pregame," the sharpshooter admits. "Today, I used to be listening to Mario, Marques Houston, and Tank. I hearken to all these kind of men. I'll undoubtedly throw some Drake and Migos in there."
The Hawks level guard really met Quavo at a live performance again in Norman, Okla. on campus in 2016, making it ironic for Young to really land again in Atlanta, the place you'll see Huncho courtside on the State Farm Arena on any given evening. "[Quavo] actually needed me to come back to Atlanta," Trae defined of his friendship with the Migos frontman. "Now that I'm in Atlanta, he texts me on a regular basis. Hopefully, I can get a music about me."
