Top Tracks: A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie TOP 100 Takeover

The past three weeks, Future has controlled our top ten, leading all artists in appearances, which he got two per week. This time though, he's nowhere to be found. Instead, an unexpected victor has risen, with an even more unexpected tally songs in the top ten our TOP 100 chart. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie notches a whopping four tracks in the top ten this week, all which count him as a lead artist.

Behind A Boogie, Chris Brown is the only other artist with multiple (two) appearances this week. New tracks barely missing the cut this week include BlocBoy JB and 21 Savage's "Rover 2.0" (#11), Belly and YG's "4 Days" (#12), 30 Seconds to Mars and A$AP Rocky's "One Track Mind" (#13), and Kyle and Kehlani's "Playinwitme" (#14).

10. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie - Odee

Why so many A Boogie tracks, you ask? Well, he planned a weeklong series involving one drop a day for five days, and all but one made our top ten. Thursday's fering, "Odee," is featureless and debuts at #10.

9. Tay-K & BlocBoy JB - Hard

In one sense, it was a very bad week for the No Jumper podcast/brand, as host and founder Adam22 was accused rape. In another sense, it was a decent week for No Jumper because they started releasing music under a deal with Atlantic Records. The first fering is "Hard" by Tay-K and BlocBoy JB, which debuts at #9.

8. Lil Dicky Feat. Chris Brown - Freaky Friday

The only holdover from last week's top ten is this collab between Lil Dicky and Chris Brown, which is ultimately more noteworthy for its video. In its second week out, "Freaky Friday" is down seven places from #1 to #8.

7. Kirko Bangz Feat. Chris Brown - Date Night (Same Time)

A second consecutive Breezy appearance comes courtesy a rare new track from Kirko Bangz, who's been noticeably quiet since signing with, guess who, Atlantic Records. Their joint "Date Night (Same Time)" debuts at #7.

6. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie - Right Moves

Boogie's first fering from this past week might have been his most ambitious, as "Right Moves" features artwork reminiscent the Rugrats logo and a beat that is equally as reminiscent the defunct Nickelodeon show's theme song. "Right Moves" debuts at #6.

5. Royce Da 5'9" Feat. J. Cole - Boblo Boat

Royce is apparently not taking any time f this year. Just days after the release his second PRhyme project with DJ Premier, he's back with the first single from his next solo project, Book Of Ryan. "Boblo Boat" kicks things f nicely with a J. Cole feature and a #5 debut.

4. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Feat. YFN Lucci - One Nighter

YFN Lucci collab "One Nighter" was the Tuesday fering in A Boogie's series last week. As you'll notice with the next and final A Boogie song on this chart, the ones with features fared better. "One Nighter" debuts at #4.

3. Remy Ma - Roll In Peace

Remy Ma's in the top ten? She must have dissed somebody! Sorry for the oversimplification, but since the initial excitement her release from prison, the NY spitter has only made waves on HNHH for her beefs with fellow New Yorkers Nicki Minaj and Azealia Banks. Her take on Kodak Black and XXXTentacion's "Roll In Peace" features disses both and thusly, debuts at #3.

2. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Feat. Tory Lanez - Best Friend

Wednesday's A Boogie track is the highest charting because, well, Tory. Lanez, who just released his sophomore album a few week back, is an HNHH favorite, and even considering A Boogie's newfound success, he's still a surer bet to chart. "Best Friend" debuts at #2.

1. N.E.R.D. Feat. Rihanna & Drake - Lemon (Drake Remix)

The only thing that's a surer bet than Tory Lanez on HNHH is a new Drake track, so it's no surprise that N.E.R.D.'s new remix wound up in the #1 spot. What is a bit surprising, though, is that it's not debuting at #1. It did drop last Saturday night, which leaves it just over 24 hours eligibility for last week's list, but we've seen Drake tracks pull crazier stunts than that before. In its second week out, the "Lemon" remix is up 22 spots from #23 to #1.
