A backstage fight shut down Yams Day 2018, the yearly concert that celebrates the life late A$AP Mob member A$AP Yams. There was a rumor that Tekashi 6ix9ine was involved in the melee and was stabbed and shot.
The third annual event took place on Thursday (Jan. 18) at the New York Expo Center in The Bronx, where acts like Lil Yachty, PnB Rock, Playboi Carti and course A$AP Mob hit the stage.
Around 10:30 p.m folks in the back concert started fighting. Reportedly, chairs were used as weapons. People initially thought gunshots were fired, but the NYPD confirmed that wasn't the case.
Eventually, the concert was shut down and everyone was forced to leave.
Later on that night, Tekashi took to social media to address rumors that he had been hurt in the fight.
