Tee Grizzley Explains How Meek Mill Inspired "First Day Out"

Like Meek Mill, Tee Grizzley has a criminal history.
The Detroit rapper was locked up for three years for a jewelry heist and a series home invasions.
Not long after he got out in late 2016 the 23-year old dropped the track 'First Day Out" and now rap fans know his name.
In an interview with MTV, Grizzley explained how Meek Mill influenced the track
Meek was recently given two to four more years in prison on probation violations. Grizzley also addressed that situation in the interview.
Yesterday, we learned that the police ficer who arrested and testified against Meek when he committed his original crimes was on a list corrupt cops compiled by the Philly DA. Whether that effects his probation violation conviction more than a decade later remains to be seen.
For now, you can listen to the Meek Mill-featured remix "First Day Out," which finally dropped last week.
