A first look at Taylor Swift and famed fashion designer Stella McCartney's Lover merch line has finally arrived.
Photos of the collaboration — including a bomber jacket, purse, and many tees — appeared on Swift's online store today, along with the announcement of a New York City pop-up shop called "The Lover Experience."
The store will take place Aug. 23-25 and seems to be the only place fans will be able to purchase the limited edition tees (at least for now). The jacket and purse, however, will also be available on Stella McCartney's website starting the night of Aug. 22, according to British Vogue.
The collection is full-romance, with designs focusing on pastels, tie-dye, hearts and Swift's newest cat, Benjamin Button. It is also sustainable, featuring organic fabrics, leather made from recycled polyester and vegetable waste oils, and even a reusable water bottle.
Revealing to British Vogue that the collaboration all started because Swift name-drops McCartney on Lover, McCartney said that hearing the project gave her "such incredible inspiration for the collaboration and it really revolved around the music… What I love is how we really complement each other in what we generate creatively together.”
To go along with the announcement, Swift shared a sweet snap of her and McCartney to Instagram, writing "It’s been SO much fun to work/dream up cute stuff with my friend" and telling fans to tune into her livestream on Thursday (Aug. 22) at 5 p.m. ET for a closer look at the making of the line.
