Welcome again to Takeover Tuesday, the place every week, Billboard faucets chart-topping artists and tastemakers to compile their very personal playlist unique to Billboard's Spotify account. We give the artists free rein to base the record on no matter topic they select. The solely rule? Make it as artistic and distinctive to them as potential.

Electro-pop trio SHAED initially stormed onto the scene again in 2016 with the discharge of their breakthrough single, "Perfume." The bubbly monitor has racked up 2.9 million streams on Spotify, elevated by lead singer Chelsea Lee's capitvatingly sultry vocals. Two years later, the group garnered related consideration with one other 2016 monitor, "Name On It," which is featured in a latest Victoria's Secret marketing campaign and has greater than 5 million YouTube views.

Now, Lee and twin brothers Max and Spencer Ernst (manufacturing, programming and backing vocals), are on the precipice of following up their 2016 EP Just Wanna See with the discharge of their second EP, Melt, due Sept. 21. In preparation for the discharge, SHAED put collectively a specifically curated a playlist of songs that impressed the writing on their newest set. 

The playlist consists of 16 tracks infused with a few of as we speak's greatest and brightest stars in R&B and pop, that includes hitmakers like Khalid and Childish Gambino, in addition to newer stars reminiscent of H.E.R., Billie Eilish and Clairo. "These artists encourage us each day, particularly whereas writing our EP, Melt," the band revealed. "Whether it's cooking or warming up for a present, these tracks are a few of our faves!"
