T.I. Calls Sabrina Peterson Lawsuit 'A Publicity Stunt' As He Attempts To Shut It Down

T.I. and Tiny Harris have been drowning in controversy since January when ex-friend Sabrina Peterson claimed Tip once put a gun to hear head. From there, sexual abuse and drugging allegations started pouring in, with several people claiming the famous couple had in some way assaulted them.

Peterson, who was spearheading what Tip and Tiny’s attorney called a “sordid shakedown campaign,” then sued the Harrises in March for defamation of character. She said she was being harassed because of the couple’s public statements and social media posts, which they issued following Peterson’s bombshell claim. One of the posts included a photo of Peterson’s 8-year-old son, a post she says exposed her son to “vitriol and danger.”

But according to TMZ,  Tip is taking legal action to get the case thrown out. The documents reportedly state Peterson’s reputation is already tarnished, so anything Tip or Tiny said about her publicly wouldn’t have caused any further damage.

Tip’s attorney Andrew Brettler says Peterson “is an adjudged liar, a convicted felon with a lengthy rap sheet for crimes involving dishonesty and violent assault, and has a reputation for being unscrupulous.”

Once the allegations were made public, a quick internet search into Peterson’s past revealed she has multiple restraining orders against her for stalking out of both DeKalb and Fulton County, Georgia — all from different people. She stands accused of sending threatening text messages, voice mails and emails.

In 2013, Peterson turned herself in to authorities for “slicing and dicing” a former friend, as reported by Straight From The Aand wound up serving roughly one year in prison.

An anonymous source said at the time, “She actually was wanted for attempted murder after she slashed up the girl who was babysitting for her. Sabrina had loaned the girl her car so that she could go get her nails done and it took too long. K. Michelle was there when it all went down too.”

Even so, Peterson has moved forward with the case and even went as far to demand an apology from Tip and his wife late last month.

“Tell the truth about me,” she said in an Instagram. “Tell the truth about what you did to me and apologize. I’m gone. I don’t want one dime. I don’t want one dime.”

T.I. responded with an Instagram post of his own that included a photo of himself laughing hysterically in a mustard yellow suit as Dave Chappelle cracks up behind him.

He wrote in the caption, “An Apology???? [laughing emojis] -Drako voice. #WhatItsComeTo.”
