Silvestre Dangond and Natti Natasha prime the Latin Airplay chart dated Nov. three, as “Justicia,” their first collaboration, jumps 5-1. The track rises due to a 38 increase in viewers (to 13.5 million) within the week ending Oct. 28, in keeping with Nielsen Music.
