As this year's Capital Summertime Ball dominated with another stacked lineup on Saturday (June 9), the performances at the UK's Wembley Stadium had many highlights worth noting.
First, Shawn Mendes performed “Lost In Japan” like the pro he is to a screaming crowd. “So this is incredible right now, I’ve never been standing in front a crowd like this and just had the opportunity to play my acoustic guitar,” Mendes said, overwhelmed with emotion.
Camila Cabello also gave a standout performance “Havana,” leading an impressively choreographed dance routine around the stage. Rita Ora performed “Girls,” strutting down the stage with a plethora women dancing beside her. And when Charlie Puth dove into his hit single “Attention,” a torrential downpour made the performance that much more epic.
Other highlights below include performances from G-Eazy, Anne Marie, James Arthur and Sean Paul, overall making for a truly unforgettable weekend.
