Scooter Braun Admits He Once Feared Justin Bieber Would Overdose: 'I Thought He Was Going into Die'


Though Justin Bieber seems to have mellowed out in the past few decades, there was a time when his supervisor, Scooter Braun, dreaded for its singer's existence on a daily basis.

Appearing on Van Lathan's The Red Pill Podcast, Braun opened up on his previous concerns for the today 24-year old pop celebrity." There had been a time when I'd go to sleep virtually every night -- if he had the money to fly away from me and I had been worried every night I was likely to lose him," he explained.

"I believed that he was going to perish. I believed he was going to sleep 1 night and that he'd have so much crap in his system he wouldn't wake up the following morning," that the 37-year old manager lasted.

Bieber went through a series events around 2014, starting with being billed for a DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired permit while drag racing a Lamborghini in Miami. He also allegedly attacked a limo driver and has been charged with misdemeanor vandalism for hurling eggs in a neighbor's home in these months the exact same calendar year.
