Russell Wilson Traded To New York Yankees
By Mane Terez On 9 February 2018

It's been an unusually slow fseason in baseball.
But here's a big name baseball deal that nobody saw coming.
Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson has been traded to the New York Yankees for future considerations. Apparently, they've been working on the deal for some time.
Wilson played minor league ball in 2010 and 2011 while he was also playing college football. He had been the property the Rangers since 2013.
Wilson isn't expected to ditch his pads for the diamond. But he will be joining the Yankees for spring training.
This also seems like a unique opportunity to sell some Yankees jerseys with Wilson's name on them.
