Drag Race fans have spoken, and it looks like the verdict is in — last night's Snatch Game on RuPaul's Drag Race UK may be one of the best in the history of the franchise.
It's a big claim, but when you watch this new clip from last night's episode (see below), you'll see what the hubbub is all about. The remaining queens on the show pulled out all of the stops to impersonate their celebrities, with gut-busting results.
The lineup was already stacked going in: Sum Ting Wong portrayed English broadcaster David Attenborough; Blu Hydrangea offered an imperssion of The Great British Baking Show's Mary Berry; Cheryl Hole came as The Only Way Is Es's Gemma Collins; Baga Chipz gave a terrifying impression of former British prime minister Margaret Thatcher; The Vivienne delivered an uncanny Donald Trump impersonation; Crystal served Blance Devereaux realness with her performance as Rue McClanahan; and Divina Di Campo slathered on the butter for Julia Child.
In the new clip, the queens are asked what Graham Norton's Drag Race UK blend of wine tastes like, and the queens made sure to give their best answers. Baga, as the former-PM Thatcher quickly responds "redundancy", saying the new line will fail. Crystal's McClanahan went down a different route, saying "urine" with the added punchline, "They didn't call us the Golden Girls for nothing."
As soon as urine was on the table, it didn't take Vivienne's version of Trump very long to weigh in. "The stories are correct, I love it," she said in a spot-on impression. "That's how I keep my color." As Crystal tried to jump in and keep the joke going, Vivienne quickly shut down her advances in true Trump form, stating, "You're too old, honey."
