Rihanna, Pharrell, Meek Mill and More React to Nipsey Hussle’s Death

The hip-hop community is mourning the loss of Nipsey Hussle, who was reportedly killed in a shooting in Los Angeles Sunday (March 31).
The rapper, 33, was one of three people shot outside his Marathon Clothing store. The others were injured on the scene and were reported to be in stable condition. According to the LAPD, the suspect fled.
His peers took to social media to grieve the news of Nipsey's death, offer prayers and honor the impact he's made.
"This doesn’t make any sense!" Rihanna said. "My spirit is shaken by this! Dear God may His spirit Rest In Peace and May You grant divine comfort to all his loved ones!"
"You were about something..positive and for your community in every chance you had to speak..and because of that You inspired millions..millions who will uphold your legacy forever. rest amongst the stars," Pharrell tweeted.
"Broke me…. we really fighting for our lives against our own kind and really have to take risk and match the level of hatred that we are born in .. I’m tired," Meek Mill wrote. "Prayers for my brother and his family."
