Reba McEntire Announces New Album, 2019 Return as ACM Awards Host


Reba McEntire has a busy couple of months forward. The nation legend introduced Monday (Feb. 11) that she's prepping a brand new album, and is returning as host of the ACM Awards — each taking place this April.

First, McEntire will launch Stronger Than the Truth, her 29th studio album, on April 5. The singer unveiled the duvet artwork on her social media, revealing on Instagram that the LP is "essentially the most nation file I’ve accomplished in a very long time."

Just two days after releasing Stronger Than the Truth, McEntire will probably be celebrating her album launch together with her fellow nation stars on the 2019 ACM Awards in Las Vegas, the place she returns as host. This yr marks McEntire's 16th time serving as ACMs MC, and the second yr in a row.

Stronger Than the Truth follows McEntire's 2017 gospel launch Sing It Now: Songs of Faith & Hope, which helped her earn a feminine vocalist of the yr nomination finally yr's ACM Awards. The first music launched from the album would be the title monitor, arriving Feb. 15.

McEntire will announce the nominees for the 2019 ACM Awards on CBS This Morning on Feb. 20. The ACM Awards will broadcast at eight p.m. ET on CBS on April 7.
