Quando Rondo Celebrates His 22nd Birthday With Album Announcement & New Song

Quando Rondo had been having a rough few months since King Von’s untimely passing in December 2020. Because of his involvement in the altercation that led to Von’s murder, rappers in the industry and fans have cast all types of opinions on the Georgia product. Despite all the negativity around him, Rondo is back with some new music on the way.

To celebrate his birthday on Tuesday (March 23), Quando Rondo unleashed a new single titled “Angel Wings” which has the rapper reflecting on his life and how his opps need a divine power to come after him.

“Just dropped two hundred off the schedule, pass that out, you on a dinner plate/One hundred or better blasting out, you ever play, you lay/Flying with the doors up on the Tesla, cost a hundred K/From your love, I might just run away like Ludacris and Mary J,” Quando Rondo raps on the sole verse.

Along with the new single, Quando Rondo announced he has a new album on the way titled Still Taking Risks. There’s no word on the album yet or who’s featured, but Rondo promises to give his fans who have stayed down with him throughout the drama the best music he can.

“Angel Wings” comes after Rondo dropped two mixtapes in 2020 titled Diary of a Lost Child and Before My Time Up. Most notably, Quando Rondo dropped “End Of Story” in November, where he gives his side on what happened that fateful night with King Von.

“Blood on your brother on the ground, gon’ pick your mans up/Damn right we scrеaming self-defense, he shouldn’t have never put his hands on me/Look at the footage, that’s all the evidence, see them pussy niggas shouldn’t have ran up on me/Who the fuck said that I was hidin’? I’m still ridin’ ’round with them bands on me,” he raps on the Mook On The Beats and Dubba-AA-produced beat.
