PREMIERE | DERRICK DOGAN DROPS A NEW EP DOLCE

43

Singer-songwriter Derrick Dogan just dropped a stunning EP called DOLCE. The collection encompasses seven new songs: creative, thrilling, and bright. With a booming, emotional delivery and stand out tracks like “UCLA Bruin” and “Money Moves”, Derrick Dogan shares his life experiences and intimate thoughts with incredible honesty, encouraging people to get on their own path of a happy life.

The compositions in Dolce are melodic and yet have an empowering vibe to them. “Broken Mailbox”, for instance, is a serious creation with some impressive rapping and increasingly ominous bass piano notes that only confirm the tone of the song. To compare, “Noah’s Ark” opens with the sounds of a female choir that sings an emotional intro and only then Dogan steps in and delivers punchline after punchline.

Dogan previously released “City Boy Summer” and “Michael Vick”, two epic songs that have a playful vibe. Throughout the years Dogan has developed his own style and energy and his music sounds very unique. With hundreds of streams and an outlined fanbase, Dogan is set to conquer the rap/hip hop scene.
