Post Malone has become known for his style just as much as his music, so it was only a matter of time before the rapper tapped into his fashionable side. He's teamed up with sunglasses brand Arnette for a streetwear-inspired collection perfectly suited for a rock star.
Along with being very chic and suitable for various occasions, the cool shades — which come in different colorways — are also eco-friendly and sustainably made. The styles include The Bobby, which is plucked from a '70s Texas western, and the '90s grunge-inspired The Lizard. Malone's collaboration with Arnette launched in September but was made official at the rapper's Posty Fest, held Saturday at Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
The second annual festival's performers included Pharrell Williams, Meek Mill, Rae Sremmurd, Jaden Smith and Malone himself. On the grounds, attendees could purchase the new shades inside an interactive Sunglass Hut bus activation.
"The Post Malone Signature Style is a one-of-a-kind design inspired by his everything but ordinary attitude and made of completely sustainable materials," a press release states. "Black-out rims and sunflower shades frame the design which is created from bio-based BTR600 plastic with signature temples and eco-friendly packaging. Arnette is making sure that the only thing high-impact about its frames is their look."
