Pharrell Williams is putting his mansion on the market.

The singer-producer extraordinaire has listed his Beverly Hills mega-mansion for $16,950,000.

The 17,000-square-foot architectural estate sits on four acres with over 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The glass-enclosed property features resort-style living with indoor and outdoor koi ponds and waterfalls, a tennis court, and a massive grotto with swim-up bar. Behind the Mulholland Drive gates sits a 200-foot-long private driveway leading up to a motor court for over 30 cars.

There are views for days, whether from the sprawling rooftop deck or bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling glass walls. And if you have change to spare, there are “endless” potential opportunities to fix it up.

Pharrell purchased the house from Tyler Perry in 2018 for $15.6 million, according to Dirt.com. It’s unclear where Pharrell, his wife Helen Lasichanh, and their four children are currently living.

Meanwhile, Pharrell has been hard at work. He was recently in the studio with Megan Thee Stallion and Rihanna, working on the latter’s long-awaited ninth album. He and his Neptunes partner Chad Hugo will be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in June.
