Pale Waves Release Sparkling New Track 'Eighteen,' Announce Debut Album & Release Date

Pale Waves are just getting started. They're in the midst summer festival season, with performances at Lollapalooza and Outside Lands lined up for the month August, and they are finally ready to release their highly anticipated debut album.

The record, My Mind Makes Noises, is due out September 14 on Dirty Hit/Interscope Records. In addition to the album news, the alt-pop quartet delivered a starry-eyed lead single, "Eighteen."

"I finally felt like I could feel for the first time/When I met you," lead singer Heather Baron-Gracie muses over a glistening pop tune that transports you to a teenage daydream. It's truly an electronic bop that encompasses the age it's titled after.
