NLE Choppa recently returned with a new track titled “Sleazy Flow” less than three months after dropping the Me Vs. Me mixtape. Fans speculated a few of the bars were aimed at NBA YoungBoy. However, the Memphis talent took to Twitter to say this wasn’t true.

“I don’t diss, period,” Choppa wrote plainly on Twitter on Monday (April 11).

YoungBoy addressed NLE Choppa in his Colors track “Know Like I Know” at the top of the year, rapping about how Choppa’s mother will be devastated when YoungBoy sends his “stupid ass to God” for “makin’ statements, choosing sides” in his still unresolved beef with Lil Durk.

“I don’t give a fuck ’bout how you treat your body, give a fuck about your cleaning,” YoungBoy rapped. “I don’t give a fuck about no bitch/You could have those hoes ’cause I don’t need ’em.”

“Yeah, I play with crystals and shit, but I still would get you tapped,” Choppa seemingly rapped back on “Sleazy Flow.” “The lifestyle I live helped me in court, so keep calling me cap/Why you mad your bitch be choosing?/’Cause we winnin’ and you losin’?”

Fans assumed Choppa was responding to YoungBoy with those bars after Choppa had dismissed YoungBoy’s rapping abilities on Twitter. In January, he replied to a tweet from Lil Reese that accused YoungBoy of “rapping like the rest of these rappers all rap.”

“I stamp that,” Choppa wrote. The 19-year-old rhymer also dropped his single “Yak Flow” on April 1, in which he claimed he was “the hottest youngin since YB” in rap. He elaborated more via Twitter with, “I’m 19, I blew up at 16, Sitting On 15 Platinum & Gold Plaques, Over 5 Billion Streams WORLDWIDE, Got My Own Record Label With 3 FIRE Artists And Producer, Ran Up Over 10Ms, Own Masters. That’s What ‘Hottest Youngin Since YB’ Mean. Not A Shoutout, JUST FACTS. Name another 19YR OLD.”
