NFL Combine: Saquon Barkley Steals The Show


Saquon Barkley, a projected Top-5 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, posted an ficial time 4.40 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis today, according to The former Penn State running back was the second quickest to run today, trailing only N.C. During yesterday’s session, Barkley bench pressed 225 pounds for 29 reps, which was tied for the most among running backs with Georgia’s Nick Chubb. 

Barkley is widely regarded as the most talented at his position in the upcoming draft and he certainly isn’t hurting his standing with his performance at the NFL Combine. The 21-year old star, who has already inked an endorsement deal with Nike and signed with Jay Z‘s Roc Nation Sports, rushed for over 1,000 yards in each his three seasons with the Nittany Lions, and had 18 rushing touchdowns in each his last two seasons.
