New Investigative Report Suggests Meek Mill May Have Been Framed

Meek Mill's in prison now because he violated the terms probation on drug and gun charges that were brought over a decade ago
It all started in 2007 when Mill was arrested by Philadelphia police ficer Reginald V. Graham.
Today, there's a report in the Philadelphia Inquirer about a secret list suspected corrupt cops that the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office put together last year. The list is to help prosecutors decide whether to put a cop on the stand. If a cop is on the list, they need special permission to testify.
Graham, who recently retired from the force after 22 years and over 400 arrests, is on that list.
There are no specific reasons given for why an ficer would be on the list, and their disciplinary records are sealed.
However, the Inquirer was able to find a sworn deposition from Graham's former partner which implicated Graham in corruption.
Meek's lawyer Joe Tacopina spoke to Complex today about the bombshell report.
