Nelly’s Accuser Claims U.Okay. Police Botched Investigation: Report

A girl who accused Nelly of sexually assaulting her within the U.Okay. is seemingly at wit's finish with the continued investigation. The lady, who filed a lawsuit towards the rapper as Jane Doe, put the U.Okay. police drive on blast for allegedly screwing up the investigation so unhealthy that she's given up hope on whether or not they full the probe or not.

According to TMZ, the lawyer for Nelly's accuser filed a letter blasting the lead detective of the Essex Police for screwing up the investigation and treating her consumer as if she was the suspect and never the sufferer. In the letter, Doe's lawyer claimed that the police requested for her consumer's telephone information together with photos, texts, and e-mails between herself and her lawyer. However, Doe's lawyer mentioned that the request is in violation of the attorney-client privilege within the U.S.

Additionally, the lawyer mentioned that the police have been hassling her about doing a follow-up interview, even coming to her home unexpectedly to attempt to make it occur. The lawyer identified that the police took a full 12 months to get Nelly for an interview. The lawyer believes the explanation behind it's because the Essex police are intimidated by Nelly's authorized workforce.

The lawyer states that Jane Doe will not take part in Essex Police investigation any extra as she's already filed a lawsuit towards the rapper.

Essex Police responded to the allegations, saying, "We can verify we've got acquired communication from a solicitor concerning the case and will likely be reviewing this investigation and fascinating with each events sooner or later." They added the investigation is ongoing.
