Moneybagg Yo & Lil Wayne Praise The Lean Double Cup In 'Wockesha' Video

Moneybagg Yo has a thing for a cup of lean. His fascination with the drink is so intense that his hit song “Wockesha” is all about the highs and lows of the syrupy drug. The song peaked at No. 33 on the Billboard Hot 100 and helped Moneybagg Yo’s A Gangsta’s Pain top the Billboard 200 in its first and third week on the chart respectively. On Wednesday (June 30), Moneybagg Yo dropped the trippy visual to “Wockesha” with some help from Lil Wayne. 

The New Orleans native opens the video with a brief conversation where he tells Moneybagg Yo how successful he’s been under the influence of lean. Moneybagg hears him out but falls into a deep high where his cup of lean turns into an actual woman. 

“Withdrawals, I’m feelin’ different, every day I need a dose/Every now and thеn I’m missin’, I got my times when I go ghost/But she minе (Hmm, hmm, hmm, hmm), I’m stampin’ her/Priority status, so them other bitches mad at her (Too mad, ha),” Moneybagg Yo raps while the purple-haired woman models on top of an old-school Chevrolet.

The rest of the Ben Marc-directed video captures Moneybagg having a day out with his lady. She gets her hair done at the salon, but things get weird when other people see Moneybagg walking around with a giant styrofoam cup instead. 

While he sings his praises for lean, Moneybagg Yo was just issued a challenge by NLE Choppa to stop taking the drug. On June 22, NLE Choppa asked his fellow rappers to down a pint of chlorophyll with every pint of cough syrup they are pouring up. Moneybagg Yo just happened to be the first one chosen for the challenge.
