Luke Combs, Tim McGraw Electrify On ‘Real Good Man’ CMA Fest Duet: Exclusive

Tim McGraw enlisted the help of Luke Combs during his set at CMA Fest 2019 in June for an electrifying performance of his 2003 hit “Real Good Man.” In a clip of the performance, which Billboard exclusively premieres today (Aug. 1), the two country stars are at ease on stage together as they trade lines from the song in front of nearly 50,000 country fans at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium.

The full performance will be featured during the CMA Fest concert special, airing Aug. 4 at 8/7 Central on ABC.

McGraw and Combs’ collaboration was just one of several surprise duets throughout the festival. Lil Nas X was joined by Billy Ray Cyrus on guitar and Keith Urban on banjo for a memorable performance of “Old Town Road” at CMA Fest. Additionally, Brooks & Dunn joined in on Brothers Osborne’s set while Carrie Underwood shocked the festival crowd when she invited Joan Jett to join her for their rocking collaboration.

Many of these performances will be featured on the CMA Fest television special. The country music festival, held June 6-9, saw thousands of country fans from around the globe travel to Nashville to catch up-close performances by their favorite artists. The festival also boasts countless meet & greet opportunities and unique concert experiences.
