Danish pop-soul band Lukas Graham paid a go to to The Late Late Show for a stripped-down efficiency of their charming single “Love Someone,” on Thursday night time (Feb. 14).
On a lavender-hued, minimalist stage, lead vocalist Lukas Forchhammer, drummer Mark Falgren and bassist Magnus Larsson carried out the heartfelt lead single off of their 2018 album, three (the Purple Album). “'Cause if you love somebody, you open up your coronary heart/ When you like somebody, you make room/ If you like somebody, and also you're not afraid to lose 'em/ You in all probability by no means liked somebody like I do,” Forchhammer belted on the refrain.
In an interview with Billboard final November, the singer-songwriter talked about what he desires listeners to remove from the piercing ballad. “I would like folks to really feel empowered by the concern of shedding … that since you're so afraid of shedding, you're gonna win," he stated. "You're gonna do all the pieces you may to win. Take concern and put it behind you."
