Lil Baby is one of the most famous rappers on the planet right now, and it seems like he was just as popular back in his middle school days. On Monday (April 26), Lil Baby took to his Instagram Story to show fans a gem from his past.

In the Story, Lil Baby showed a picture of himself and his date at a school dance where he was crowned “Mr. 6th Grade” at Brown Middle School in Atlanta, Georgia. A young Lil Baby dons a gold crown while wearing a black suit with a blue corsage and sash in the picture. “Mrs. 6th Grade” stands next to him with a white dress, a diamond necklace and a matching blue sash.

“BROWN MIDDLE SCHOOL,” Lil Baby wrote in the Instagram Story. “REAL ATLANTA. I BEEN PIPED Y’ALL N-GGAS WASN’T MR. 6TH GRADE.”

Lil Baby’s popularity continues to grow at a rapid pace ever since his second studio album, My Turn, dropped in February 2020. With that increase in popularity, comes a plethora of money flowing in, and Lil Baby has so many dollars coming in he needs a personalized set of bands to keep it all together.

SayCheeseTV captured a photo of the Atlanta rapper’s custom bands last week. The picture shows the bands featuring a blue trim and white background with the green-tinted 4PF logo, which fittingly stands for Four Pockets Full, emblazoned across to keep his stack of $100 bills looking clean and organized.
