Normally Grand Central Station consists commuters rushing to get to their bus or train. But today (July 13), it consisted onlookers trying to get a glimpse Lady Gaga.
Mother Monster went to Art Bird, her dad's new restaurant within the New York City travel hub. Sporting a bright red Art Bird shirt, the "Applause" singer served drinks and food to restaurant-goers before sitting down with her family to enjoy some beer and chicken fingers herself. Fans and travelers quickly gathered around the restaurant to catch a peek the pop diva, who took time to snap a few pictures with fans after finishing her meal.
Gaga posted several photos the occasion on her Instagram with the caption, "Had to stop at my dad’s new restaurant with @thechefartsmith. It’s called @artbirdnyc if you want killer fried chicken n’ more at Grand Central Station food concourse in NYC."
The singer's father, Joe Germanotta, also owns Joanne Trattoria, an Italian resturaunt located in New York's Upper West Side. The restaurant -- as well as Gaga's most recent studio album Joanne -- is named after Gaga's late aunt Joanne, who died at a young age Lupus.
Gaga has been seen in the studio in the past couple weeks in New York, getting fans excited that new music is on the horizon.
