Grammy winner Kimbra and former Danity Kane member DAWN teamed up to release a stunning new version Kimbra's "Version Me."

The dramatic supporting visuals¬†feature¬†the women artfully posing nude, intertwined against a sparse white backdrop. Flashes vibrant color complement the minimal set while amplified strings enrich vocal interplay on lyrics like¬†‚ÄúI swear that I‚Äôm trying/ If there‚Äôs a better version me/ Would you stay for the person I‚Äôll be?‚ÄĚ

On her contribution to the¬†passionate duet, DAWN -- previously known as Dawn Richard -- commented,¬†‚ÄúTo be fully exposed as a woman is a vulnerability many us are afraid to show," adding that "every woman has a different battle finding the best versions themselves... To me, this song meant self-acceptance." Kimbra¬†added that each woman embodies the words in different ways, and the stripped down video setting allowed the artists to¬†"sing from our innermost place, seeking to find strength in one another.‚ÄĚ

The tender track first appeared on Primal Heart in April. Watch the new video below.
