The West household just got bigger.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have announced the arrival of their fourth child, a baby boy, who was born surrogate. The baby’s name is currently unknown, but Kim shared her excitement on Twitter.
“He’s here and he’s perfect!” the reality star-turned-mogul tweeted on Friday morning (May 10), adding that the baby resembles his sister Chicago. “He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.”
News broke on Thursday when Kourtney Kardashian surprised her mother Kris Jenner on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” appearing alongside six of her grandchildren. Kim was also set to appear, but had to go to the hospital because her surrogate was in labor. “So, my mom doesn’t even know this, but Kim’s surrogate went into labor, so she’s at the hospital,” said Kourtney.
A shocked Kris responded, “What! What are we doing here?!”
Kim confirmed that the couple was expecting another boy during an appearance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” in January. Just last month, she celebrated her fourth child with a CBD-themed baby shower at the couple’s home.
This is the fourth child and second son for the West family, who has a daughter North, 5, son Saint, 3, and daughter Chicago, 1. The couple used a surrogate for Chicago, but had to find another gestational carrier because the last one was unavailable.
