Kid Cudi Rents Out California Movie Theater to Watch ‘Us’ With Fans

A select group of lucky fans were treated to a free viewing of the box-office-shattering Us with Kid Cudi on Sunday night. Cudder took to Twitter an hour before showtime telling fans to meet him at the Glendale 18 movie theater in California with one of his albums or a piece of Cudi merchandise for tickets.

The open invite comes after the Cleveland rapper saw Us for the first time on Thursday night, where he deemed the horror flick a "must see in theaters multiple times." Cudi then created a once-in-a-lifetime theater experience to share with his fans and take in Jordan Peele's latest creation.

The 35-year-old was immediately mobbed by fans and greeted with a riotous scene upon his arrival to the California movie theater. He later posted a video to Twitter from his seats right before the movie started. "We about to watch this movie," he emphatically said with a roar from the crowd. "Yeah, Jordan. Yes, let's get it, baby. Let's go."
