“Having the opportunity to perform at halftime what will surely be the best game the year between two deserving universities is truly an honor. Thank you ESPN, for having me be the first halftime performer ever at the College Football Playf National Championship,” Kendrick said a couple weeks.

But rather than performing on the field, Kendrick performed at the Centennial Olympic Park right outside the Mercedes Benz stadium, where he performed a medley hits from his latest album DAMN.

Backed by a live band, the TDE rapper, who was rockin’ his dreads & a black long winter coat, performed songs such as “DNA,” “Love,” and
“Humble,” before wrapping it up with a performance his new song with SZA called “All The Stars,” which will see life on the upcoming Black Panther soundtrack that K. Dot is producing. It also looked like Kendrick was going hard for his new partnership with Nike, while rocking Nike Cortez shoes, socks, and even batting gloves for his performance.
