Katy Perry slipped yet another current underneath the tree on Christmas Eve eve when she dropped a 40-second mini-video for her new vacation traditional "Cozy Little Christmas." "If you’ll be able to relate to household being round once you're simply making an attempt to create content material for the 'gram," the singer wrote in a publish on Sunday (Dec. 23) to announce the retro-looking clip.
Shot to seem like a relic from the 1950s, the shaky, fluttering video finds Perry sporting a flowing, sparkly purple floor-length Christmas costume and white cocktail gloves, cat-eye glasses and a sporting a blonde bouffant as she channels an Eisenhower-era bombshell. With a little bit of Marilyn Monroe sass thrown into the combo, Perry lip syncs alongside to the tune in entrance of a tinsel-draped tree and large nutcracker as she seems to playfully scold a wayward member of the family interrupting the shoot.
Perry not too long ago scored her first her first high 10 single on Billboard's Adult Contemporary radio airplay chart, the place "Cozy Little Christmas" sits at No. 2 on the latest tally.
