An Illinois grand jury has indicted Jussie Smollett on 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct for submitting a false police report.
The grand jury returned two separate units of fees on Thursday, in response to ABC News. The first set is expounded to what Smollett informed police in regards to the alleged assault, together with that the attackers yelled racial and homophobic slurs, bodily assaulted him, put a rope round his neck, and poured a chemical substance on him.
The second set of fees is expounded to the second interview Smollett did with cops in regards to the alleged assault later that day.
Smollett informed police he was attacked by two males close to his Chicago house on Jan. 29. The alleged assailants yelled “This is MAGA nation” throughout the incident.
Police recognized and questioned two “individuals of curiosity,” Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo, who have been arrested and launched with out fees. The brothers informed grand jurors that Smollett employed them to stage the crime.
