Juice WRLD Makes Hot 100 Debut With 'Lucid Dreams & 'All Girls Are the Same'


The tracks also arrive on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Chicago-based rapper Juice WRLD, 19, makes a splash on the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated May 26), as he debuts his first two songs on the ranking.

“Lucid Dreams” leads at No. 74, as it earned 10 million U.S. streams (up 174 percent) and sold 4,000 downloads (up 26 percent) in the week ending May 17, according to Nielsen Music. The track concurrently debuts at No. 38 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

Sparking the song's chart start, Juice WRLD (whose real name is Jared Higgins) released the ficial video for “Dreams,” directed by Cole Bennett, on May 10.

The MC also bows at No. 92 on the Hot 100 with “All Girls Are the Same,” which begins at No. 48 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. The cut tallied 8.9 million U.S. streams (up 47 percent) and 2,000 downloads sold (up 60 percent) in the tracking week.

Juice WRLD, who's signed to Grade A Productions/Interscope Records, dropped the video for “Girls,” also directed by Bennett, on Feb. 25.

Further, Juice WRLD vaults 34-3 on Billboard's Emerging Artists chart.
