Jimmy Fallon Joins The Head and the Heart For Intimate Rendition Of ‘Rivers and Roads’: Watch

Jimmy Fallon joined The Head and the Heart for an intimate rendition of "Rivers and Roads" for a Backstage Acoustic segment in the Tonight Show music room on Tuesday (June 18).

Crowding around a piano in a dark room surrounded by warm-toned light bulbs, the group flawlessly performed the track from THATH's 2011 self-titled album. The camera started on lead singer Jonathan Russell, then Fallon took his shot.

Indeed, the late night host fit right in with the rest of the band as they all jumped to support one another with guitar, piano, and lots of harmonies.
