Cardi B, Maluma, and Ciara’s 4-year-old son Future made the list of the best statement ensembles.
No surprise that the red carpet at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards was dominated by splashes of sparkle, although many stars (such as Madonna, Mariah Carey and Drake) skipped the carpet and headed straight into the show.
On the carpet ahead of the Wednesday event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, singers such as the newly-reunited Jonas Brothers, Sophia Turner and Ciara's 4-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn, made statements with their patterned ensembles. Gesturing with peace signs, Wilburn stole the style show, sporting mini ator sunglasses, designer kicks and a Versace suit in an over-the-top print.
Jennifer Hudson and Tori Kelly wowed in power pant suits; while Madonna's collaborator Maluma had one of the best looks of the night — a holographic moto jacket and trousers by DSquared2 that hit the rock 'n' roll sweet spot.
The Billboard Music Awards is produced by dick clark productions — a division of Valence Media, the parent company of the Billboard-Hollywood Reporter Media Group.
