G Herbo and his fiancée Taina Williams are now the proud parents to two children together. On Thursday (May 19), the couple announced the arrival of their baby girl, who was born on Tuesday (May 17).

The Chicago rapper (real name Herbert Randall Wright III) posted a series of photos on Instagram showing him and Williams welcoming their daughter home. The couple was all smiles as they posed with their newborn baby and 11-month-old son, Essex, on their staircase, which was decorated with pink, yellow and gold balloons.

“Emmy Love Wright,” Herbo captioned the cute family photos. “May 17, 2022. 7 lbs 5 oz. 19.5 in.” Yung Miami, DJ Clue, Lori Harvey and DaniLeigh were among those who offered their congratulations in the comments section.

G Herbo, 26, and socialite/influencer Taina Williams, 24, began dating in 2019 and have been going strong ever since. The couple kept their engagement quiet until the news was revealed during a court hearing for Swervo’s federal fraud case in December 2020.

“I’ma get marred soon,” Herbo told Streetz 94.5 last July. “I ain’t wanna be that guy that look back and let ten years go by my life because I’m chasing my dreams and I’m neglecting my family. I wanna be a stay-home dad … I really wanna enjoy my family because I’ve been in the streets for so long time.”

Herbo and Williams welcomed their first child together, Essex — whose name nods to the 79th & Essex neighborhood in southeast Chicago were the rapper grew up — in May 2021. The Republic Records signee also has a four-year-old son, Yosohn, with his ex-girlfriend Ari Fletcher, who is currently dating Moneybagg Yo.

The former couple recently made headlines after Fletcher accused G Herbo and Williams of neglecting Yosohn, claiming he “came home with a scar on him.” However, the PTSD rapper and his fianceé denied such accusations.

“Why do y’all continue to create this narrative as in, ‘Oh, me as a father, I’m having kids, I love my first born, my first-ever real true love in life, less than I could love the kids that I’m having now, or my kid feels neglected,’” Herbo said. “My son loves me unconditionally.”

Williams added, “I’ve allowed you to create false narratives about me in the past, but I will not let you create this narrative when it comes to a child that I have so much love for. Anybody that knows me knows I would never lay a finger on him or any child.”
