G-Eazy came through with a new collaboration alongside Gunna on Tuesday (Oct. 15). "I Wanna Rock" arrived after several snippets hit the internet earlier this year, one of which actually featured Logic, who no longer appears on the record. The duo also teamed up for an action-packed visual, which is a cross between Joker and The Fast and the Furious.
Young Gerald looks to be a patient in a psych ward while tied down to the hospital bed. He shares a kiss with a woman doctor, who escorts the Bay Area native to freedom. The Bonnie and Clyde pair team up to execute a heist in the city, which leads to a high-speed chase with law enforcement.
They split up to evade police, as G-Eazy finds Gunna to celebrate his newfound riches in the strip club, where it's raining dollar bills with women twerking everywhere they look.
Gerald also closes out his first verse possibly throwing shade at ex-girlfriend Halsey. "Not a one-hit wonder, this is why I'm hot/ No Limit, all I got is Me, Myself & I/ When we said it’s her and I, that shit was a lie," he raps. "I Wanna Rock" serves as G-Eazy's first release since September's B-Sides EP.
