Frank Ocean and producer Om'Mas Keith have dropped their lawsuits in opposition to one another over writing credit on Ocean's Blonde album, based on courtroom paperwork filed Friday (Jan. 25).
Initially, Ocean sued Keith in February 2018, alleging the producer misrepresented his authorship on tracks together with "Nikes," "Ivy" and "Pink + White" Then, in May 2018, Keith countersued Ocean, claiming he had rejected a flat charge works-for-hire deal on the album, just like the one he had accepted for his work on Ocean's Channel Orange, and was due correct credit score for his work.
