Taraji p. Henson and Erykah Badu have been each caught in a wave of criticism after they voiced their respective opinions about R. Kelly's sexual assault scandal. After explaining their feedback through social media, the entertainers have mentioned the matter throughout interviews as they promote their film, What Men Want.
"It's exhausting to get each human on this planet earth to like you. It's simply not gonna occur," Henson said. "I do not dwell my life to make folks completely satisfied or to make them like me."
"I dwell my reality. I am a superb individual. I've a superb coronary heart," she continued, describing how she won't struggle for the approval of her naysayers. "I am for all folks."
Erykah Badu's response was extra holistic. "Anything that I specific is at all times a message of unconditional love," she remarked. "I might by no means ask anybody to really feel the best way I really feel or see the best way I see, however I even have the suitable to precise the best way I really feel."
