Hidden Hills, CA – Drake’s name has been circulating heavily in the real estate market after he purchased a $70 million Beverly Hills home last week, then put his famous “YOLO Estate” up for sale in a $22 million package deal.

Located in Hidden Hills, California and bundled with the two homes next door, the property is already catching the attention of some big-name buyers. According to TMZ, pop superstar Britney Spears is among the interested parties.

Real estate agents reportedly showed the property to over 30 guests, including Britney Spears and her fiancé Sam Asghari, on Tuesday (March 8). Caitlyn Jenner also visited the house, but Spears is said to be interested in snapping up all three properties.

Considering she has an estimated net worth of $60 million and a multi-million dollar house of her own to sell, the $22 million price tag is well within reach for the Oops!… I Did It Again singer.

The gem of the package deal, the “YOLO Estate,” is on the market for $14.8 million. The English Tudor-style home comes with a swimming pool, an 80-foot long rock waterslide, spa grotto, 25-seater theater and wine cellar. In addition to the two neighboring homes, Drake is giving up over 6.7 acres of land.

The 6 God more than makes up for the loss with his new Beverly Hills mansion, though. Once owned by English singer-songwriter Robbie Williams the $70 million paid boasts 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, an 11-car garage, an elevator, a wine cellar and a private orchard.
