'Drag Race' Stars Volunteer With Meal Delivery Nonprofit Ahead of Season 10 Finale

With the season finale later this month and Pride Month festivities in full gear, one can image that the schedules the season 10 contestants RuPaul’s Drag Race are frenzied. But that didn’t stop Aquaria, Asia O’Hara, Eureka O’Hara and The Vixen from setting aside their sequins and heels in the name charity last Wednesday (June 6).
The fabulous four volunteered with Project Angel Food, an organization dedicated to delivering meals to AIDS/HIV patients and other seriously ill people in the L.A. area.
“So ten, we forget about those in need,” The Vixen told Billboard. “It’s important to give back and let people know that there is someone who cares about them and to make sure that they are taken care . It’s important for people to know that they are loved and that they matter. Project Angel Food is doing God’s work.”
The Vixen has been vocal about being in a “magnetic relationship” (a committed partnership between HIV-positive and an HIV-negative person) and has spoken about ending the stigma associated with HIV/AIDs.
