Imagine being such a dope up-and-coming artist, Diplo has to hunt you down. That's form of what occurred with Octan, the French-British rapper and singer who the BBC honored because the Sound of 2019. His newest tune "New Shapes" options Octan's low rumble, however it was no simple feat to realize.
“I met Octan at a celebration in London," Diplo is quoted in a press launch. "We took a photograph and I by no means thought I'd see the child once more,” Diplo says. “Over the following six months I stored listening to his title and seeing him on nice songs. I attempted to remain in contact although he had one other twelve telephone numbers since we met. Finally, he was caught in L.A. for some time and it was simple to tug up on him. "New Shapes" is a down-tempo R&B groove that works equally for sensual bed room playlists or solo sad-kid reflections. Lyrically, Octan tells the story of one-sided belief, reaching out to somebody who can not see what's actual and what's hurting them. It's a scorching, steamy sluggish burner, the second single from his forthcoming Europa EP, which contains a host of European collaborative expertise.
